We are strengthening our commitment to sustainability with new solutions for efficient resource management in shopping centres.

🟢 X-Madrid, Larios Centro and Saler have joined Marineda City, Porto Pi and Artea in obtaining @AENOR’s “Zero Waste” certification, which guarantees that more than 99% of the waste generated is recovered and certifies advanced reduction, separation and traceability practices.

🟢 At Marineda City, we have implemented a pioneering rainwater reuse system, which is a key step in reducing water consumption.

🟢 We continue to make progress with our Project SUN, aimed at installing photovoltaic energy in our centres to reduce emissions and increase their energy independence. Six centres are participating in the project at different stages of installation and commissioning.

We continue to work on the efficient management of resources and to advance our commitment to sustainability and the circular economy.
