All of our properties have earned the industry's strictest sustainability, well-being and quality certificates. We hold LEED and BREEAM certifications for 95% of our portfolio and are working on the rest. 81% also have ISO 14001 or 50001 environmental quality certifications.

We’ve planted urban gardens on our properties and become solar energy producers by installing photovoltaic panels on our roofs. We're committed to sustainable urban mobility and are constantly installing more charging stations for electric vehicles. It’s our firm belief that better offices can improve cities and recover urban areas for people’s enjoyment and use.

In line with Science Based Targets (SBTi) and firmly committed to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), through our Pathway to Net Zero, we pledge to make every possible decarbonization effort across our portfolio in order to achieve carbon neutrality by 2030. The success of this ambitious objective will also rely on the collaboration of our tenants and suppliers.
