Ismael Clemente has taken part in the IV edition of «Wake Up, Spain! Spain’s great opportunities in a changing Europe»

Ismael Clemente, CEO of MERLIN Properties, took part in the IV edition of «Wake Up, Spain! Spain’s great opportunities in a changing Europe», accompanied by institutions, social agents and other professionals.
«In Spain there are currently between 140 and 150 megawatts installed. We are going to add 1/3 to the Spanish market in Data Centres. They create between 2.5 and 3.5 jobs per mega, in other words, a 100 mega data centre such as the one in Alava creates between 250 and 350 qualified jobs. Moreover, they are third generation and their Water Utilisation Effectiveness is 0.0, which means that they do not consume water».
