Worten and MERLIN are preparing to build the largest logistics platform in Portugal.

This innovative 122,500 m² platform is the result of a collaboration between Worten Portugal and MERLIN and will be strategically located in the Lisbon North Logistics Park, in the municipality of Vila Franca de Xira.
The project will be completed in 2028 and will feature state-of-the-art warehouses built to the highest standards of energy and technological efficiency. It will also boost the region’s economic development through the creation of skilled jobs and direct investment in the area.

The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the president of the Vila Franca de Xira municipal council, Fernando Paulo Ferreira, along with Mário Pereira, COO of Worten, and Ismael Clemente, CEO of MERLIN Properties.
