It was a pleasure to welcome industry professionals to our Ruiz Picasso 11 office building in Madrid for a presentation and guided technical tour organised by the AEO (Spanish Office Association).

A tour of the main spaces provided a first-hand insight into:

– Madrid’s largest office floor, covering 6,679 m²
– Advanced technological solutions
– Connectivity and automation systems
– Flexible spaces by LOOM and event areas by LOOM Events

Recognised as ‘Best Refurbishment’ at the AEO Awards, the building has become a benchmark smart building, combining sustainability, technology, flexibility and user experience.
