We present phase 1 of Cerro de los Gamos

Today we have presented the successful closure of phase 1 of our Cerro de los Gamos project, in Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid.

Thanks to this rehabilitation, two of the buildings have been completely renovated and 100% pre-leased. In addition, we will begin phase 2, which will include two more buildings that will be available between 2024 and 2025.
