Ismael Clemente, our CEO, participated in the round table «Rising interest rates: impact on debt and equity», organised by IESE Business School – University of Navarra Real Estate, where he debated with Juan José Brugera – Va d’Empresa, Chairman of Colonial, Adolfo Favieres, Managing Director of BlackRock, César López Albero, Director of Real Estate Business at Banco Sabadell and Susana Rodríguez, moderator and Chief Commercial Officer of Savills.

They spoke about the reconversion of assets, asset and company valuations, the availability of funds, alternative and bank financing and how the flow of funds to Real Estate has been altered.
