We have completed the new Almansa Campus for CUNEF University

The historic business complex has been transformed into CUNEF’s university campus in the very heart of Madrid’s University City. Inaugurated yesterday, it represents a comprehensive transformation that has created a revitalised environment where technology, sustainability, accessibility and well-being come together to offer a first-class academic experience.

🔹 17,841 m² refurbished in a project carried out in three major phases since 2021.
🔹 Four refurbished buildings housing lecture theatres, workshops, offices, green spaces with terraces, an open-air auditorium and facilities.
