We have been awarded the ‘Deal of the Year in Portugal’ award at the Iberian Property Investment Awards, after the acquisition of the emblematic Liberdade 195 building in Lisbon, historic headquarters of NOVO BANCO. An operation launched by JLL Residential Portugal and Cushman & Wakefield that was advised by Garrigues, CBRE Portugal and Gleeds.

The building, on Avenida Liberdade, will undergo a renovation that will make it a reference in #Lisbon, with the highest standards in efficiency, technology, sustainability and services.
