We attended ULI Spain’s Annual Conference 2025

Last week our CEO, Ismael Clemente participated in the panel ‘Emerging trends: What’s Next: Future-Proofing Europe’s Data Centre Landscape’ during the ULI Spain Annual Conference 2025 organised by IE University, together with Mikael Hesselvall, Director Business Development & IC member at Areim and Richard Redstone, Principal at Blue Owl Capital and moderated by Simon Chinn, VP, Research and Advisory Services at ULI Europe.

The panel discussed the key issues that are shaping the digital future in Europe, including changes in the investment landscape and different aspects such as the dynamics of data centre localisation and transformation, sustainability and the outlook for the future.
