We attended the webinar «Circular Economy and Inclusion in the future of the Real Estate sector» organised by CIEC MADRID – Centre for Innovation in Circular Economy of Madrid.
Sílvia Monteiro Martins, Head of Merlin Hub, shared the success story of our project that encompasses the personalised services and experiences that we offer to our office building users, such as sustainable mobility or Inclusive Urban Gardens.
At the same time, he commented on how buildings can be transformed and create a circular economy through green areas, coworking spaces or multipurpose spaces for events.
Ana Versteeg Conlledo, Leader of the Circular Economy area at Arup Spain, Leyre Echevarria Icaza, ESG Director at CBRE Spain, Aaron Maya, Head of citizen participation and relationship with social agents at Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte and Thais Valero Infante, Manager of Green Solutions at Fundación Juan XXIII and Moderator, also took part in the round table.
