Accompanied by Miguel Pereda, Vice President of Lar España Real Estate SOCIMI, Pere Viñolas Serra, CEO of Colonial, David Martínez Montero, CEO of AEDAS Homes and Borja Ortega, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate as moderator, they discussed the evolution and economic reality of the sector.

In addition, Alvaro Ontanon, Head of IT at MERLIN Properties, participated in the panel «Impact of technology in real estate returns», in which together with Valentina Shegoyan, Managing Partner of REACH UK, Bill Kistler, Founder & Managing Partner of urbanOvation and António Gil Machado (FRICS), Partner of Grupo Iberinmo as moderator, talked about the impact of technology, AI and Generative AI in the real estate sector.
