We attended the roundtable discussion «Inmologistica and new models of logistics and transport outsourcing.»

Julián Villena, Director of Logistics Asset Management at MERLIN Properties, emphasized the need to move ahead in the development of urban Microhubs by preparing the infrastructure and accelerating regulatory changes to allow logistics use in parking lots.

This was stated at the roundtable «Inmologistica and New Models of Logistics and Transport Outsourcing», organized by the Spanish Logistics Center, which addressed the challenges and opportunities of urban freight distribution.

The panel also included Maria José Aparicio Sanchiz, General Coordinator of Mobility at Madrid City Council, and Jesus Lancharro MSRE, Director of Rentals and Asset Management at Panattoni. The panel was moderated by Ricardo Ochoa de Aspuru, editor of Cadena de Suministro.
