We attended the conference «Challenges and solutions for urban and interurban e-Commerce logistics», organised by the Spanish Logistics Centre (CEL).

Julián Villena, Director Asset Management Logistics at MERLIN Properties, explained that «Currently it is more profitable to serve last mile from our warehouses in the first ring of Madrid or Barcelona than from an urban microhub, but possible traffic restrictions can change this reality from one day to the next».
