Accompanied by Vanessa Gelado, senior managing director at Hines, Alvaro Aresti, president of Crea Madrid Nuevo Norte, and Cristina Garcia-Peri, partner at Azora, key topics were discussed, such as attracting international capital, the size and complexity of current operations, and the structural differences between the European and US markets.

The importance of public-private collaboration in projects like Madrid Nuevo Norte to promote real and sustainable urban regeneration in our cities was also emphasized.
