We are the first Spanish real estate agency to enter the Dow Jones Sustainability World Index

We are the first Spanish real estate company to enter the exclusive S&P Dow Jones Indices Sustainability World Index, which includes the best companies in sustainability and governance worldwide.

The index is made up of the 10% of the companies with the highest score in each industry, and only 17 in the world are real estate, with only 5 of them being European.

Sustainability is fundamental at MERLIN, as reflected in our “Path to net zero” plan, to be a company with zero net emissions in 2030.
