We are hosting the presentation of the AZCA refurbishment project at our Ruiz Picasso 11 building

Today, at our building at Ruiz Picasso 11, we hosted the presentation of the AZCA redevelopment project, a decisive step towards the transformation of one of Madrid’s major urban spaces, which is set to begin in the first half of 2027.

As owners and active participants, we reaffirm our commitment through this collaboration agreement between the City Council, businesses, residents and local shops, which will usher in a new era for AZCA: one that is more sustainable, accessible and safer.

During the event, the Mayor of Madrid, José Luis Martínez-Almeida, highlighted the strategic importance of the project, noting that it represents “a historic milestone” in ensuring “the transformation and regeneration of a prime location in the very heart of the city of Madrid”.
