We have analyzed the Shopping Centers sector with Luis Lázaro, Managing Director Retail & Logistics of MERLIN Properties, at the table “Shopping Centers: situation of the sector and investment” organized by IESE Business School for its Real Estate Club.

In the session they talked about the ability to adapt to constant change demonstrated in the centers, both by clients and retailers, and the great challenges that arise, such as the integration of e-commerce with sales in physical stores. In addition, the good moment of the sector in terms of investment was commented.

Eduardo Ceballos Fernández, Asset Management Director of NEINVER Group and José Manuel Llovet, CEO of Tertiary Iberia of Grupo Lar were also present.
