Victor Fernandez Zapata, Head of Asset Management Shopping Centres at MERLIN Properties, has taken part in the round table «The revolution of catering in singular assets», organised by Colliers, within the framework of the HIP – Horeca Professional Expo 2024.

Together with Carlos Carrión, Advisor Infrastructure Development and Sports Business Models, Albert Tomas, Managing Director of Selenta Group and Paula Paternina, Head of Retail F&B at Colliers and Moderator, highlighted the growing importance of F&B in our shopping centres, both in terms of GLA occupied and quality, «with the catering offer having become a locomotive in itself, helping to improve the experience of our customers».
