U.S. Green Building Council chooses LOOM Ferreteria as an exemplary LEED Gold

Very proud that US Green Building Council, a non-profit organisation that promotes sustainability in the design, construction and operation of buildings, has chosen our LOOM Ferretería building to showcase an exemplary LEED Gold certified building.

Among other features, the building has a 62% reuse rate, saves 48% in water and almost 10% of the energy comes from photovoltaic panels installed on the building.
