The renovation of our Ruiz Picasso 11 office building located in hashtag#Madrid, the only Spanish project to be shortlisted for the ULI Europe Awards for Excellence.

For the first time, a project in Spain has reached this stage of an awards programme that recognises urban and real estate initiatives that pave the way for how cities of the future should be developed and managed, competing with nine other projects from the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, Belgium, Sweden, Denmark and France.

The renovation designed by FIA – Fenwick Iribarren Architects has turned the building into one of the most advanced Smart Buildings in Europe, redefining the workspace with a fully integrated, sustainable and personalised user experience.
