The District Show 2022

We have participated in The District Show in a round table in which Ismael Clemente has given his vision together with Pere Viñolas Serra, CEO of Colonial; and Miguel Pereda, Vice President of Grupo Lar about the importance of diversification in the current context of the #RealEstateSector.

On the other hand, Fernando Ramírez Baeza commented on LOOM and the hybrid models in offices as a fundamental element for attracting and retaining talent. Also participating in this round table were CARLOS MADRID ABRIL, CEO of EUROPA-CENTER AG, Teresa Císcar, Head of Flex Spain Office Leasing at JLL and Philippe Jimenez Potente – IWG Group, Country Manager Spain at IWG plc.

In addition, Francisco Porras, Elisabet Cirici i Amell, Chief Operating Officer of INCASÒL | Institut Català del Sòl and FRANCISCO JAVIER CIRAC GINESTA, Country Manager of ISG, talked about the rise and capacity of #DataCenters to be a long-term real estate asset in the market.
