Sustainalytics has upgraded MERLIN Properties’ ESG risk rating

Sustainalytics has upgraded MERLIN Properties’s ESG risk rating from 12.0 to 7.2, placing us in the top 1% of the best ESG-rated companies globally.

At MERLIN Properties we continue to demonstrate our leadership in ESG with the recognition that comes with the rating from specialized agencies: in 2022 we have improved all the sustainability scorings in which we have been re-evaluated.
