Our shopping centres have once again achieved record occupancy rates and continue to grow in terms of footfall and sales.
- Occupancy has risen to 97%, while footfall has grown by 2.1% and sales by 6.6%.
- We have leased almost 85,000 m² of GLA through more than 250 contracts, many of them with operators joining the MERLIN portfolio for the first time.
- The new Marineda City area added 31 new contracts, consolidating a distinctive retail offering.
