Our ShoppingCenters continue to improve results in the first six months of 2024, with an increase in footfall that is above the average in Spain and growth in sales, consolidating the positive trend of recent years.

✅ Occupancy is at 96.0%.
✅ Lfl (like-for-like) rental growth stood at 3.3%, showing solid operating performance.
✅ More than 30,000 m2 contracted with top-level operators that reaffirm their trust in our portfolio.
