Our Ruiz Picasso 11 office building in Madrid was awarded Best Refurbishment at the 10th edition of the Spanish Office Association Awards

Last night, our Ruiz Picasso 11 office building in Madrid was awarded Best Refurbishment at the 10th edition of the Spanish Office Association Awards.

The AEO jury highlighted that, following the refurbishment, the building redefines the standards for sustainable and connected offices, providing solutions in a dense urban environment through efficient flows and universal accessibility.

The transformation, carried out by the architectural firm FIA – Fenwick Iribarren Architects, has made it one of the most advanced smart buildings in Europe, offering a personalised experience for each user, while reinforcing its integration with the public environment and contributing to the regeneration of the area.

In addition, LOOM Plaza Catalunya received a special mention in the Implementation category ‘for its exemplary transformation of a historic building’ and LOOM Azca, located at Ruiz Picasso 11, was a finalist in the same category for revolutionising the traditional concept of the office with a more human, accessible space designed to combine comfort and functionality.
