Ismael Clemente has been awarded the MDI 2025 award.

Ismael Clemente, CEO of MERLIN Properties, has been awarded the MDI 2025 prize by the Master’s in Real Estate Development at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Master MDI UPM).

This award recognises his contribution through his professional activity to the common good, aligned with the principles of economic, environmental, social, and cultural sustainability in the real estate and construction sectors.

At the award ceremony where Ismael Clemente thanked for the award, also present were Manuel Blanco, director of the ETSAM (Higher Technical School of Architecture of Madrid); Ramón Gámez, director of the Master’s (MDI); David Brush, senior advisor of MERLIN Properties; Luis Garcia de la Navarra, sommelier; Cristina Garcia-Peri, senior partner of Azora; Francisco Rivas, director of MERLIN Properties; and Pere Viñolas Serra, CEO of Colonial.
