Discover the work “ST_15 CEREZALES”, by photographer Juan Baraja

The work “ST_15 CEREZALES” by photographer Juan Baraja is now located in the lobby of our Diagonal 514 building in Barcelona.

The piece belongs to a photographic series of the building of the Cerezales Antonino y Cinia Foundation [FCAYC], a project by the AZPML studio (Alejandro Zaera-Polo & Maider Llaguno) developed on carbon reabsorption construction criteria and a highly demanding energy and climate program.

The artist wants to show the evolution that the building experiences over three years, the incidence of the extreme climate of the León mountain and the way in which the sun affects it due to the temperature changes in each season.

This is how we lived the moment in which the work, made with a large format camera as the main tool, was placed in our building.
