The leaders of the listed real estate sector gathered at LOOM Azca in Madrid for the VII Iberian Reit & Listed Conference, organized by Iberian Property, where the crucial role of SOCIMIs in the Spanish real estate market was highlighted.

Our CEO, Ismael Clemente, participated in the round table: “The Spanish REIT’s & Listed Real Estate Market (R)evolution”, where he shared his perspectives on the market’s evolution and its challenges, alongside Miguel Pereda, Executive Chairman of Grupo Lar, Carlos Krohmer, Chief Corporate Development Officer of Colonial, and David Martínez Montero, CEO of AEDAS Homes, moderated by Ignacio Martínez-Avial Redondo, CEO of BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Additionally, Francisco Porras, Data Center Business Unit at MERLIN Properties, participated in the panel “Tech & AI: New Asset”, where he discussed the evolution and prospects of the data center industry.
