Fernando Ramírez Baeza, Director of LOOM, has participated in the talk “Do we offer the flexibility that the market demands?”, organised by JLL.

We talked about the impact on valuation, new agreement models or business profitability, and highlighted the opportunities in the flexibilization of the offices offer, as well as the importance of adapting to changing market demands through flex solutions.
