We present the new Valencia Bétera Park logistics park, consolidating our presence in the Valencian Community.
Today we presented the new Valencia Bétera Park logistics park, attended by the Mayor of Bétera, Elia Verdevío Escribá, our CEO Ismael Clemente together with the MERLIN Properties Logistics team and representatives of our partners in the CLÁSICA URBANA and Pavasal projects.
✅ Its strategic location in Valencia’s first logistics ring, combined with the important role of the Mediterranean Corridor in national and international distribution, makes Bétera a key location in a context where logistics is a fundamental pillar of economic competitiveness.
✅ The logistics park, with more than 95,000 m² (GLA), will have three 25,000 m² warehouses and one 20,000 m² warehouse, all state-of-the-art, with 11-metre clear heights and 50-metre manoeuvring areas, ready to meet the demands of e-commerce, international distribution and the optimisation of logistics processes.
✅ The first warehouse, currently under construction, will be completed before the end of summer 2026.
✅ It will have LEED Gold energy certification, photovoltaic installations and construction solutions that guarantee high standards of quality and sustainability.
This park reflects MERLIN’s commitment to the logistics sector in the Valencian Community and consolidates our presence in a region that has positioned itself as one of the main logistics hubs in the country.
