We closed a strong first quarter, with solid operating performance and occupancy at very high levels.

In the first three months of the year, key highlights include:

✅ Data Centers: At quarter-end, Phase I of the MEGA plan, covering the Madrid, Barcelona and Basque Country data centers, with 64 MW IT fully leased. Phase II is already under construction, and Phase III is in the initial permitting stage.

✅ Offices: Like-for-like rents increased by 3.1%, while occupancy remained at very high levels, at 93.6%.

✅ Logistics: The portfolio performed well, with a strong 6.2% increase in rents on renewals.

✅ Shopping Centers: Operating performance remains solid, with sales (+10.3%) and footfall (+1.5%) outperforming the market and reaching very low effort rate (10.8%)
