Julián Villena, Director of Logistics Asset Management at MERLIN Properties, participated in LoginREAL, the annual meeting that brings together the Spanish logistics real estate sector, organised by Cadena de Suministro at the College of Civil Engineers.

During his speech at the round table on Urban Goods Distribution and its impact on the design of logistics assets, he highlighted that demand for last-mile microhubs in large cities is beginning to grow as a result of current traffic congestion.

It was a pleasure to share the stage with Manuel Molins, CEO of CTT Express Paquetería Urgente, Daniel Latorre Recio, Managing Director of CityLog, Luis Muñoz Mangas, Operations and Logistics Manager at Mahou San Miguel, Ramon Garcia Garciaía, Managing Director of Centro Español de Logística (CEL), and José Antonio Ortega, Technical Director of Scannell Properties, who moderated the panel.
