We participated in ULI Logistics: Navigating the Energy and Financial Storm, an event organised by ULI Spain.

Luis Lázaro, managing director of retail & logistics at MERLIN Properties, took part in a key session to understand the challenges and opportunities facing the logistics real estate sector, highlighting the current energy needs of an increasingly automated and robotised sector and the importance of finding a solution to the lack of transport capacity in our electricity grid, as well as improving the deadlines and processes for energising new developments on the part of the authorities.
