We inaugurated the expansion of our Marineda City shopping centre in A Coruña

Yesterday we inaugurated the expansion of our Marineda City shopping centre in A Coruña, attended by Ismael Clemente, CEO of MERLIN Properties, the Mayor of A Coruña, Inés Rey, the Government Delegate in Galicia, Pedro Blanco Lobeiras, the Regional Minister of Finance and Public Administration of the Xunta de Galicia, Miguel Corgos López-Prado, Purificación Berdejo, manager of the centre, and Ángel Pi from L35 Architects, who were responsible for the transformation.

This expansion represents almost 30,000 square metres of new retail space, an investment of €41 million, more than 800 new direct and indirect jobs and 30 new brands joining the current commercial offering.

With more fashion, more leisure and more restaurants, Marineda City offers a greater experience to the people of A Coruña and the whole of Galicia as a benchmark in the region.
