We closed a solid first half of the year, thanks to excellent operating performance, revising our operating profit (FFO) estimate for 2025 upwards (+0.56 euros per share).
The value generated mainly in data centers drives our EPRA NTA to €15.04 per share.
Highlights for the first six months of the year:
✅ Office occupancy is at an all-time high (94.2%) with like-for-like (LfL) rents growing (+3.9%).
✅ The Logistics portfolio continues to deliver good organic growth (+2.2% LfL).
✅ In Shopping Centers, footfall (+2.4% vs 6M24) and sales (+5.8% vs 6M24) continue to stand out in the market.
✅ In Data Centers, phase I is built and operational with 70% leased, and phase II is progressing at a good pace.
