We participated in the Spain Real Estate Summit 2025

Yesterday, our CEO, Ismael Clemente, participated in a round table on digital infrastructure during the Spain Real Estate Summit 2025 organised by Iberian Property, alongside Paul Henry, Regional Director Europe, Middle East and Africa, Data Center Infrastructure at Google, and Theresa Bobis, Managing Director South Europe at DE-CIX, in a debate moderated by Francisco Porras from the Data Centers Business Unit at MERLIN Properties.

During his speech, he highlighted that the Iberian Peninsula has great potential to host AI gigafactories, but to be competitive we need a robust and affordable energy mix, integrating renewables, nuclear, and combined cycles.
