We delivered a strong first half of 2026 across the business, with revenue and EBITDA growing by ca. 12%, driven by the performance of our Data Centers division. Amongst the key highlights for the period:<\/span><\/p>\n

\u2705<\/span>\u00a0Data Centers<\/a>: reached 160 MW leased or pre-leased, further validating the execution of the MEGA Plan and positioning us well to surpass our 2026 target of 200 MW.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2705<\/span>\u00a0Offices:<\/a> occupancy remained at very high levels (93.6%), supported by positive rental growth and the continued strength of the Madrid and Lisbon markets.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2705<\/span>\u00a0Logistics:<\/a> continued progress across our development pipeline, with several projects approaching completion and occupancy standing at 95%.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

\u2705<\/span>\u00a0Shopping Centres:<\/a> delivered another strong operational performance, with tenant sales up 8.4% and footfall increasing 1.9%, while maintaining a low occupancy cost ratio.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The combination of resilient performance across our traditional asset classes and the continued growth of our digital infrastructure platform allows us to keep creating value and raise our FY26 FFO guidance.<\/span><\/p>\n
