In the first three months of the year, key highlights include:<\/p>\n

\u2705 Data Centers: At quarter-end, Phase I of the MEGA plan, covering the Madrid, Barcelona and Basque Country data centers, with 64 MW IT fully leased. Phase II is already under construction, and Phase III is in the initial permitting stage.<\/p>\n

\u2705 Offices: Like-for-like rents increased by 3.1%, while occupancy remained at very high levels, at 93.6%.<\/p>\n

\u2705 Logistics: The portfolio performed well, with a strong 6.2% increase in rents on renewals.<\/p>\n

\u2705 Shopping Centers: Operating performance remains solid, with sales (+10.3%) and footfall (+1.5%) outperforming the market and reaching very low effort rate (10.8%)<\/p>\n
