{"id":9007,"date":"2025-09-04T14:54:05","date_gmt":"2025-09-04T14:54:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.merlinproperties.com\/en\/?p=9007"},"modified":"2025-09-04T14:54:05","modified_gmt":"2025-09-04T14:54:05","slug":"achievements-with-our-inclusive-urban-gardens-managed-by-the-juan-xxiii-foundation-and-merlin-hub","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.merlinproperties.com\/en\/dia-a-dia\/achievements-with-our-inclusive-urban-gardens-managed-by-the-juan-xxiii-foundation-and-merlin-hub\/","title":{"rendered":"Achievements with our Inclusive Urban Gardens managed by the Juan XXIII Foundation and Merlin Hub"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In the first half of 2025, thanks to our Inclusive Urban Gardens, managed by the Juan XXIII Foundation and Merlin Hub, we have achieved:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 617 m\u00b2 of cultivable areas in Madrid, in office buildings such as Adequa, Torre Chamart\u00edn, Aquamarina, Avenida Europa and V\u00eda Norte.<br \/>\n&#8211; 197.55 kg of food harvested, of which 82 kg has been donated to the Food Bank and delivered to the Rivas-Vaciamadrid Food Recovery Network, benefiting nearly 400 vulnerable families.<br \/>\n&#8211; Actively contributing to improving air quality and combating climate change.<\/p>\n<p>These gardens have established themselves as green spaces for well-being and community.
