Juli\u00e1n Villena, Director of Logistics Asset Management at MERLIN Properties, emphasized the need to move ahead in the development of urban Microhubs by preparing the infrastructure and accelerating regulatory changes to allow logistics use in parking lots.<\/p>\n

This was stated at the roundtable \u00abInmologistica and New Models of Logistics and Transport Outsourcing\u00bb, organized by the Spanish Logistics Center, which addressed the challenges and opportunities of urban freight distribution.<\/p>\n
