We have analyzed the Shopping Centers sector with Luis L\u00e1zaro, Managing Director Retail & Logistics of MERLIN Properties, at the table \u201cShopping Centers: situation of the sector and investment\u201d organized by IESE Business School for its Real Estate Club.<\/p>\n

In the session they talked about the ability to adapt to constant change demonstrated in the centers, both by clients and retailers, and the great challenges that arise, such as the integration of e-commerce with sales in physical stores. In addition, the good moment of the sector in terms of investment was commented.<\/p>\n

Eduardo Ceballos Fern\u00e1ndez, Asset Management Director of NEINVER Group and Jos\u00e9 Manuel Llovet, CEO of Tertiary Iberia of Grupo Lar were also present.<\/p>\n
